About US

        The Queen City Brass Band (QCBB), established in 1992, is a community based organization that promotes music in a traditional British brass band style. The band performs for various community and private events. Repertoire consist of marches, hymns, original works for brass band, classical transcriptions, jazz, show tunes, movie scores and more. Queen City Brass Band is a member of the North American Brass Band Association (NABBA). They have been featured in the official publication of NABBA, “The Brass Band Bridge.”

Practices are held at the Salvation Army Temple Corps. in Charlotte, NC every Monday evening from 7:00pm-9:00 pm. Please check the 'Upcoming' section of our website for concert dates and locations.
